- An administrative fee of $50.00 per verification will apply to all instant online verifications. Payment may be made online by credit card.
- For check and money order payments, a manual request must be submitted and an administrative fee of $75.00 will apply. Manual verification requests must be mailed to the ABO Administrative offices at 401 N. Lindbergh Blvd., Suite 300 St. Louis, MO 63141. Manual requests may take up to 30 days to process.
*All fees paid to the ABO including, but not limited to annual fees, verification, and exam registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Board certified orthodontists may download/print off a credentialing verification letter one time per calendar year free of charge. (NOTE: This is not considered a primary source verification as it is not being provided directly to the third party from the ABO. If you require primary source verification, please follow the verification request instructions mentioned above).
